Manasota Key Real Estate
Manasota Key is a quiet island south of Venice. The northern and central parts of the island are still in Englewood County of Sarasota. You will only find private single-family homes there. A narrow road meanders through beautiful countryside for almost nine miles. Similar to Casey Key, many of the homes have a private beach on the Gulf and a boat dock on the bay side of the island. At the north end, Manasota Beach Road leads onto the island and there is a public beach just after the bridge. The southern part of the island is in the Southern Township, Charlotte County. There are more condo complexes with condominiums, restaurants and shops. Stump Pass Beach State Park is located on the southern tip of Manasota Key. There you will find beach access and nature trails.
